Hello there, lovely soul! Thank you for visiting my website. I am overjoyed to have you here. 🫶 This website is a manifestation of my innermost desire to share all the knowledge and wisdom I have gathered over time, intending to help women create a life full of positivity. I will be focusing on topics such as building strong relationships with yourself and others, connecting with nature, healing from past traumas, improving the state of mind, using natural remedies to heal our bodies, and reconnecting with our feminine power . Our ancestors held invaluable knowledge and wisdom which they passed down from one generation to the next. But our modern world has made us ill, disconnected, and unhappy, by making us believe that these natural remedies are the works of evil (aka. witches) and not to be trusted, because they wanted to make money, and they succeeded big time. The ancient wisdom of the women who came before us has been instrumental in healing me in so many ways - I reconnected with nature, rediscovered myself, and found joy and happiness by healing my past traumas. Now, I want to give back. Through this website, my Instagram , and soon, my YouTube channel (which currently hosts some of my old videos), I will be sharing everything I believe can serve women in the best possible way. I hope to connect with women who share similar interests and those who are seeking ways to feel more connected, healed, and creative. If you feel drawn to connect with me, please don't hesitate to send me a direct message. My username on Instagram is @karla.zero . 🫶 Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. Sending love and positivity your way, Karla x
- Rosemary Hair Growth Water Recipe🌿👩🏻🦰
Not long ago, I heard about the wonderful qualities of rosemary and it's magical effects on hair growth. I have very fine thin hair, so I'm always open to things that can help make my hair feel thicker and fuller. And when I come across natural remedies, I won't hesitate to try them! 🌿 There are endless ways to use rosemary to promote hair growth. Today, I'll focus on a simple recipe using just two ingredients that you can easily make at home. Rosemary Hair Growth Water Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups of water 6+ pieces of fresh rosemary Feel free to adjust the quantities, the more rosemary the more potent the mixture. You can also substitute the fresh rosemary for rosemary essential oil. Method: Bring water to boil in a pot. Take off the heat and place fresh rosemary inside. Cover up with a lid and leave to cool down. Once the water completely cools down, pour it into a spray bottle. Refrigerate your new hair growth mixture in the fridge for up to two weeks. Application: Apply to dry hair at the roots and then comb down the length of your hair. I like to spray my roots with it in the evenings an hour before I go to bed, or in the mornings when I'm going to be indoors for a few hours so it can dry naturally. Once sprayed into hair, massage the scalp to ensure even coverage and to also help stimulate the scalp. The spray can also be used on wet hair after a shower. Use how you see it best fit your lifestyle. Happy hair growth! :) Results: It is recommended to use this hair treatment twice daily for at least 6 months to see results, due to the length of time it takes to notice hair growth and any significant changes. My personal experience with the rosemary hair growth water Because I live and travel in a van full-time, I don't always have the opportunity to follow beauty rituals regularly. However, recently I stayed in a flat in Scotland for 3 months where I dove deep into this treatment, and I can honestly say I had great results with it. (which is why I'm sharing this recipe in the first place, so you can reap the benefits too! :) ) During the 3 months, I used the rosemary hair growth water twice a day. I noticed baby hair growth in places where there was none before, my hair got SHINY, less frizzy, and much stronger. I still use the treatment to this day and it makes my hair feel and look so beautiful and healthy. With warmth and (hair 🙈) growth, Karla x

- Unlocking Your Creative Potential: Why Ignoring Your Sparks is Holding you Back ✨
Have you ever felt inspired to take a photo of something while on a nature walk? OR maybe you felt like creating an abstract painting? Perhaps you wanted to decorate your home in a certain way, or write a novel? Whatever your preferred medium of artistic expression, the feeling within you is always the same. It's a little internal spark of excitement and a buzzing mind that suddenly ignites inside of us, making us want to drop everything and put all of our efforts into following it. However... We often transform ourselves back to reality and come up with excuses as to why we shouldn't pursue our creative passions. These excuses are often rooted in a fear of embarrassment or a lack of skills to make our creations successful in the eyes of society. Or perhaps we feel too busy with other things, and the idea of adding something fun and non-productive feels overwhelming and impossible to make time for. But let me tell you... Creating through any and all mediums is incredibly important for us as individuals, for our growth, accomplishment, expression, emotional release, and for humanity as a whole. We are creators! ✨ We were built to create! 🫶 We all have beautiful skills and gifts that we often ignore or neglect. And ignoring our creative sparks has a huge downside... When we let these sparks go unfulfilled for years and years, all of that energy builds up inside of us, making us feel blocked up and heavy on the spirit. Creativity releases different kinds of energy that show up in our bodies and lives. Through creative expression, we can release this energy in a beautiful way. Creativity allows us to work through our problems, release any stagnant or negative energy, experience emotional release, heal, and grow. Through our creative expression, we get to express ourselves and inspire others to create, collectively contributing to the healing and inspiration of the world. - Natural Cold & Flu Remedies + Recipes 🌿🍵
Today I'm going to share with you me favourite, tried and tested cold and flu recipes that are tasty and work by strengthening the immune system. They have been in my life since I was a kid - my mum is amazing with herbs and has many homemade remedies up her sleeve. I've been making these for years myself. In the beginning I used them to get rid of a cold I already had, but since then I've been making them solely to strengthen my immune system over the dark, cold, winter months. Natural Cold Fighting Ingredients: Lemon Ginger Garlic You can use these ingredients in any way you wish, as long as you add them into your diet during the autumn months you should feel the positive effects. Natural Cold and Flu Remedies Recipes Fresh Lemon & Ginger Tea Serves 1 Consume: Daily Ingredients: 1/2 fresh lemon 2.5cm piece fresh ginger Method: Cut the ginger, with the skin on, into thin slices and place into a mug. Pour hot (not boiling) water into the mug. Squeeze the lemon juice in, then place the squeezed lemon into the mug too. You can make this in larger quantities and brew it inside of a teapot. Raw Garlic Sandwich Serves 1 Consume: Daily or 1 week long 'marathon'. Around September time, have a full week where you'll consume a lot of garlic on a daily basis, this will strengthen your immune system and you won't have to have it daily. Ingredients: 2 raw garlic cloves 1 pinch of sea salt 1 slice of bread/rice cake/your prefered choice of base Method: Mince the raw garlic with the salt. Place it on your choice of bread, you can butter the bread if you prefer. Enjoy! :) If you haven't had raw garlic before, you might be in for a surprise - it tastes amazing! Raw Garlic Avocado Serves 1 Consume: Daily Ingredients: 2 raw garlic cloves 1 pinch of sea salt 1 avocado Method: Mince the raw garlic with the salt. Place it in a bowl with cubbed avocado, mix with a little extra sea salt and black pepper. Enjoy! :) Echinacea Tea Serves 1 Consume: Daily Ingredients: 1 tsp dry echinacea flowers or storebought teabag Method: Place echinacea into a mug. Pour hot (not boiling) water over it. Let it steep for 3mins. Now it's ready to drink. Enjoy! :) Rooted in Soulful Self-Love, Karla
- The Quest for Self-Love in a Filtered Reality!
During my childhood, glossy magazines showcased flawlessly photoshopped celebrities, casting a shadow of inadequacy upon my self-perception. These images wounded me deeply growing up and carried their weight until my adulthood. The decline of print media brought a sigh of relief, I hoped these distorted images would fade away and new generations wouldn't have to grow up with these unattainable standards. Little did I know, the rise of technology brought in a new era where strangers, peers, and even our friends and family meticulously filter their faces daily, increasing the distortion of reality. I yearn for a digital realm infused with authentic, unfiltered beauty. I dream of a day where genuine faces shine through, supporting collective healing and a sense of worthiness. The younger generation, born into a world of instant access to airbrushed perfection, meet an unrealistic standard of beauty maintained by friends, family, and everyday people. It's a surreal image that we've collectively accepted, preserving an unattainable ideal. While I understand why people choose to use these face distorting filters, I hope that we can collectively work towards self love, worthiness and acceptance to cave a new way for our peers, younger generations and complete strangers, to accept our natural beauty and encourage others to do the same. Let's work together to create a new standard that values authenticity and self-acceptance. To my younger self, let me whisper a truth: You are beautiful just as you are. The images you behold are illusions, mere figments of a digital design. Even the celebrities don't resemble those perfected portrayals in reality. Embrace your uniqueness; revel in your innate beauty. Don't compare yourself to illusions or to others; you are a living, breathing masterpiece in a world hungry for authenticity. - How I Went from Book-Hater to Book-Lover – A Story for Non-Readers!
I used to dread reading books. 📚 Back in the day, I couldn't even make it past the first ten pages of any school-assigned book. 😮💨 Picture this: a diligent student, all enthusiastic about homework and studies, yet books were my nemesis. I'd read, yawn, re-read, and then inevitably snooze with a book as my bedtime buddy. 😴 No matter how much I tried, forcing myself to read was like trying to teach a cat to dance—it just wasn't happening. For a solid three decades, I wondered how on earth people found joy in reading. I mean, pleasure in pages? Mind-boggling! 🤯 But here's the plot twist—things took a turn when I started reading about stuff I actually cared about. Suddenly, the magic happened. I delved into topics that sparked my interest, and lo and behold, my reading mojo ignited. ✨ Fast forward, and now I'm head over heels for books! 🥰📚 Books are like treasure chests of wisdom, and sometimes, it only takes one epic line to flip my worldview. That's the beauty of a good read. Lesson learned: maybe we're not a lost cause; we just haven't found the right way to do things that tickle our fancy in the first place!
